Reconstruction and thermal modernisation of the Volunteer Fire Brigade station in Żelechlinek

Summary

The Municipality of Żelechlinek is procuring the reconstruction and thermal modernisation of the Volunteer Fire Brigade station in Żelechlinek as a single, three-stage works contract. The works cover finishing and fitting out civil-defence storage areas, refurbishing three bathrooms, and upgrading the building envelope, windows, doors, heating, water and sewer systems, electrical and fire-alarm installations, photovoltaic micro-installation, roofs, rooms, internal stairs and surrounding surfaces. The scope excludes extending the building to add rooms 17–20; completion is required within seven months of contract signature.
