Renovation of municipal apartment buildings at 16 Krakowska Street and 1 Żeromskiego Street in Chełmek

Summary

The Municipality of Chełmek is procuring renovation works for two municipal apartment buildings, offered as separate lots: the building at 16 Krakowska Street and the building at 1 Żeromskiego Street. Works at Krakowska 16 include alterations to partitions and doors, emergency lighting, six fire extinguishers and 58 autonomous smoke detectors. Works at Żeromskiego 1 include fire and entrance doors, a railing alteration, an EI15 fire-resistant partition, emergency lighting, nine fire extinguishers and 78 autonomous smoke detectors. The works are to be completed within 40 days of contract signature.
