Reconstruction of Cypress and Rowan Streets in Gutkowo

Summary

Jonkowo Municipality is procuring the comprehensive reconstruction of Cypress Street and Rowan Street in Gutkowo, covering approximately 475 metres. The works include earthworks and removal of the existing gravel surface, road base and asphalt layers, driveway surfacing, aggregate-reinforced shoulders 0.75 metres wide, associated drainage and utility adjustments, road signs and speed humps, landscaping, surveying, site reinstatement, and obtaining the required occupancy permit or equivalent certificate. The procurement is not divided into lots.
