Fire-safety adaptation of the Gliwice Municipal Office building and fire separation of stairwells

Summary

The City of Gliwice is procuring fire-safety adaptation works at its municipal office building at 21 Zwycięstwa Street. The works cover fire separation and smoke-extraction systems for stairwells 2 and 8, along with associated fire doors, installation works and finishing works, as well as specified fire-protection work on the fourth and fifth floors, in the basement and in the attic. The contract is a single, non-divided procurement and is to be completed within eight months of contract signature.
