Conversion of the basement of the First General Secondary School in Namysłów into a temporary shelter

Summary

Namysłów County is procuring the technical assessment, Stage I design documentation, demolition works in Stages I and II, and construction and installation works in Stage I to convert part of the basement of the First General Secondary School in Namysłów into a temporary shelter. The works cover approximately 401.89 m² across Stages I and II and include refurbishment of the former boiler-house technical room and basement areas, with flooring, wall and ceiling finishes, windows and doors, ventilation, heating, electrical systems and improvements to escape routes. The works are to be completed by 15 December 2026. The procurement is not divided into lots.
