Drywall works for the IAPT institute building

Summary

The contract covers drywall and related interior fit-out works for the Fraunhofer IAPT institute building in Hamburg-Bergedorf. The contractor will construct standard, fire-resistant and moisture-resistant partitions and service walls, ceiling void barriers and suspended ceilings, accessible metal-panel ceilings and acoustic baffle ceilings. The works also include wall and ceiling insulation using wood-wool boards, access hatches, openings and reinforcements for building services, and temporary construction doors. The contractor must set up its work area, prepare and update schedules, take part in site-wide planning and coordinate its work with other construction and building-services trades.
