Improving the energy efficiency of Kielce City Hall’s historic building

Summary

The Municipality of Kielce is procuring a design-and-build upgrade to improve the energy efficiency of its historic City Hall building. The works include preparing the design documentation and carrying out construction and installation works, including replacing windows and external sliding doors, installing energy-efficient LED lighting and domestic-hot-water heat pumps, and insulating the ceiling below the unused attic. Associated conservation protection, reinstatement and completion works are also included.
