Summary
The Warsaw Bielany District Property Management Board is procuring courtyard upgrades and associated road and sidewalk repairs in two lots. Lot I covers works at Nocznickiego 15 and 17, Wrzeciono 34, and Przy Agorze 18; Lot II covers the courtyard at Broniewskiego 99, including the PROM area. The works include demolition, earthworks, pavement and sidewalk construction, and related site restoration. Each lot must be completed within 35 days of contract signing and no later than 21 December 2026.
