Reconstruction of the smaller changing-room building at Szreniawa Stadium in Stary Wiśnicz

Summary

Gmina Nowy Wiśnicz is procuring the comprehensive reconstruction and thermal modernisation of the smaller changing-room building at the Szreniawa sports stadium in Stary Wiśnicz. The works include internal alterations and finishes, replacement of windows and doors, water and sewage systems, central heating with an air-to-water heat pump of at least 8.28 kW, electrical and alarm systems, lightning protection, roof and façade works, insulation and site improvements. The contract also covers new sanitary and rainwater connections, paved paths and access areas, and furnishing such as storage shelving, benches, coat racks, a table and chairs. The procurement is not divided into lots.
