Renovation of the south tower at the office building on 70 Bema Street, Warsaw

The property management authority for Warsaw’s Wola district is procuring renovation works to the south tower and other designated areas of its occupied office building at 70 Bema Street. The works are divided into four stages covering the tower above and below ground level, construction and painting works on the fourth floor, and repairs in other rooms, with associated electrical, heating, finishing, lighting, furniture-moving and debris-removal work. The contract is not divided into lots.
