Supply of continuous grey three-layer B-flute corrugated board to the Drzonowo Occupational Activity Centre

Summary

The procurement covers six months of recurring deliveries to the Drzonowo Occupational Activity Centre of two types of grey, three-layer B-flute corrugated board in continuous cardboard form: 150,000 linear metres of the 531 mm-wide flexographically printed type and 150,000 linear metres of the 666 mm-wide unprinted type. Each type is planned to be delivered in 10 consignments of 15,000 metres. The board must be delivered on pallets at the bidder’s expense; transport is arranged at the bidder’s cost and risk, and each partial delivery must be made no later than 14 days after an order is placed. The required composition is at least 100 g/m² testliner, at least 100 g/m² fluting and at least 100 g/m² testliner; grammage must be at least 340/360 g/m², ETC strength at least 4.10 kN/m, and moisture content no more than 9% under the Colb method. For the printed type, flexographic ink consumption must be 1 g per metre. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must demonstrate recurring deliveries, under one contract within the past five years, of at least 200,000 metres of at least three-layer corrugated board in at least 10 deliveries; experience cannot be aggregated across joint bidders. The bid must include a price form and a declaration on exclusion grounds and compliance with the participation conditions.
