The Centre for Neurosis Therapy in Moszna is procuring a complete daily catering service for 12 months, from 17 November 2026 to 16 November 2027. The contractor will prepare and deliver patients’ meals—breakfast, lunch and dinner, including a second breakfast, a second dinner and any additions required by special diets—and collect and remove post-consumption and other waste. The maximum planned volume is 130 patients per day; the previous average requirement was about 100. The kitchen must be located within 50 km of the centre. Meals must be delivered at set times: breakfast between 6:30 and 6:45, lunch between 11:00 and 11:30, and dinner by 15:30. The bid price must cover the complete service, and the net ingredient cost must be at least PLN 20 per patient-day. Catering must follow the contracting authority’s dietary instructions and applicable food safety, hygiene and HACCP requirements. The contractor is responsible for menu preparation, identifying and labelling diets, food temperatures, delivery records, retaining food samples and waste management. Food must be prepared from fresh, compliant ingredients and meet the specified nutritional standards and special-diet requirements. The contract guarantees orders worth at least 70% of the contracted gross remuneration. Bidders must have third-party liability insurance of at least PLN 500,000, valid sanitary approvals for the kitchen and food transport vehicle, the required catering experience, and a dietitian and cook each with at least two years of relevant experience. Bids are evaluated on price (80%), dietitian experience (10%) and cook experience (10%). Three to four full years of experience earn 5 points in each respective experience criterion, and at least five years earn 10 points. The deadline for submitting bids is 13 October 2026 at 9:00.
