Green-blue infrastructure investments in Ujazd Municipality

Summary

The procurement covers the design and construction of green-blue infrastructure at three locations in Ujazd Municipality: plots 30/12 and 1228 in the Niewiadów housing estate and plot 119 in Mącznik. It follows a design-and-build model. The contractor must prepare complete building and detailed designs, technical specifications, cost estimates and bills of quantities, obtain the required approvals, administrative decisions and building permit, and then carry out the construction and installation works. The works include, among other things, rain gardens, a water-supply connection and external pipework, an irrigation system with a rainwater storage tank, a flower meadow, planted beds, landscaping and earthworks, lawns, tree maintenance and, where required, felling, mineral-surface paths or paved areas, solar lighting and small architectural features. The offer must cover the full design and works cost for all three locations; partial bids are not allowed, and price is the sole award criterion (100%). The completion period is no more than 20 months from contract signature. Before signing, the successful tenderer must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross tender price; no tender guarantee is required. A five-year warranty is required. The design and completed infrastructure must be accessible to people with disabilities, follow universal-design principles and account for extreme weather. At least 70% by weight of non-hazardous construction and demolition waste, excluding natural materials, must be prepared for reuse, recycling or other material recovery, evidenced at final acceptance by a waste report and transfer records. Workers carrying out general construction work must generally be employed under employment contracts. No turnover, previous-experience or professional-qualification thresholds are specified.
