Supply of generators and platform trailers

Summary

The Municipality of Kałuszyn is procuring two new diesel generators manufactured in 2026 and two platform trailers. Each generator must provide 48–53 kW in continuous operation and up to 60 kW in standby operation. The generators must have weather-resistant, sound-insulated enclosures and automatic controls, and comply with the technical parameters and standards set out in the tender documents. The trailers must be suitable for transporting and mounting the generators. The supplier must transport and unload the goods at locations indicated by the contracting authority and confirm delivery without defects in a handover protocol. Delivery is due by 30 November 2026. The bidder must demonstrate that, during the previous three years, it properly supplied at least two generators with a rated capacity of at least 48 kVA; a list of supplies and references or other supporting evidence must be provided. Tenders will be evaluated on price (60%) and the generator warranty (40%). The offered warranty must be between 24 and 60 months; during the warranty period, maintenance must be provided in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and warranty terms, at least once a year. The tender must include the required declarations and technical evidence. No tender guarantee is required, but the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the total tender price.
