Creation of a Local History Exhibition Space in Radzionków

Summary

The contract covers converting the unused attic of the municipal public library at Gwarków Street 2 in Radzionków into a local history exhibition space, with the full project and delivery carried out under a design-and-build arrangement. The contractor must prepare three distinct exhibition concepts with visualisations and preliminary scripts, develop the option approved by the contracting authority into a detailed script, and produce and install a complete exhibition with artefacts, display cases, multimedia, audio, interactive features, lighting, software and licences. The work also includes multidisciplinary design documentation, construction and installation works to adapt the attic, fire-safety improvements, required permits and either an occupancy permit or confirmation that there is no objection to the completion notice. The exhibition must present Radzionków’s history from medieval times to the present, use reliable sources, engage visitors and be accessible to people with differing needs. No more than 25 people may be in the attic at once. The full contract must be completed within six months of signing; partial bids are not permitted. A PLN 7,000 tender guarantee is required. The evaluation weights are price 60%, warranty duration 20% and the defect-liability period 20%; the minimum for both periods is 5 years, with additional points available for longer periods of up to 7 years.
