Design documentation for energy-efficiency improvements to the Faculty of Electrical Engineering building in Szczecin

Summary

The contract covers preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation for energy-efficiency improvements to the Faculty of Electrical Engineering building of the West Pomeranian University of Technology at Sikorskiego 37 in Szczecin, followed by author’s supervision of the related construction works. The procurement is divided into two separate lots: Lot 1 covers insulation of the walls, roofs and flat roofs, and replacement of windows and doors; Lot 2 covers design for installing a heat-exchange substation and adapting its room, upgrading the heating, domestic hot-water and lighting systems, and creating a telecommunications network for a future building-management system, including cabling and Wi-Fi access-point locations. Bids may be submitted for either or both lots. The documentation must be completed and delivered within 311 days of contract signature. The contractor must be available to provide author’s supervision for up to 48 months after delivery of the documentation and provide substantive support during the procurement of the construction works for up to 48 months after contract signature. The minimum warranty-liability period is 48 months. Tenderers must demonstrate the required previous design experience and provide the required declarations and evidence. Bids are evaluated on price (60%), warranty-liability period (20%) and the contractual penalty offered for delay (20%). The bid submission deadline is 16 October 2026 at 10:00.
