Full-day catering services for patients of the Medical Centre in Radzymin

Summary

The tender covers the preparation, transport, portioning and ward delivery of full-day meals for patients at the Medical Centre in Radzymin. The service must accommodate special and therapeutic diets and meet requirements for menus, nutritional value, portions, temperature, food safety and hygiene. The successful contractor will use an approximately 16 m² kitchen room at the hospital for a monthly rent of PLN 1,700 net; fitting out and maintaining the room and carrying out the required works are the contractor’s responsibility. The contract runs from 22 December 2026 to 31 December 2027 and may be extended by up to six months if the basic scope remains unused. The hospital guarantees use of at least 70% of the basic scope and may order additional catering of up to 30%. Bids are evaluated on price (70%) and the experience of the dietitian preparing the menus (30%). Bidders must hold sanitary approval, liability insurance of at least PLN 200,000 and the required previous catering experience. The bid submission deadline is 13 October 2026 at 09:00.
