Summary
The procurement is for 24 months of protection of persons and property at the Witold Gombrowicz Museum estate in Wsola, from 31 January 2027 to 31 January 2029. The protected site includes the palace, administrative buildings, other structures on the grounds and a 6.8-hectare park. The service must operate around the clock: two qualified physical security officers must be on site at all times, electronic security and alarm signals must be monitored, and an armed intervention team must be available to arrive within 15 minutes from 06:00 to 22:00 and within 10 minutes from 22:00 to 06:00. The museum may also order additional security for events, up to 200 hours in total; no more than 10 officers may be assigned to one event, and at least seven days’ notice will be given. The bidder must have the required licence and arrangements for armed security, demonstrate the specified experience through at least two contracts, hold civil liability insurance of at least PLN 1,000,000, and provide qualified staff and an intervention team. Staff performing on-site physical security must be employed under employment contracts throughout the contract; this requirement does not apply to intervention-team officers or operators remotely monitoring alarm signals. The tender guarantee is PLN 15,000. Price is the sole award criterion, and bids for parts of the contract are not permitted. A site visit is recommended but not mandatory.
