Refresher Training for EC 135 Technical Personnel in B1.3 and B2

Summary

The tender covers refresher training for 30 technical staff members of Lotnicze Pogotowie Ratunkowe on the EC 135 helicopter, in B1.3 (airframe and engine) and B2 (avionics). Participants are divided into groups of five: in 2026, five people will be trained in each category, and in 2027, ten in each. Training must be delivered in person at a Part 147-approved training organisation located in the European Union, with approval covering B1.3 and B2 training for the Eurocopter EC135 (PWC PW206). Each group must receive at least five working days of training, with a minimum of six clock hours per day. B1.3 training focuses mainly on the helicopter airframe, engine, systems and electrical systems, with avionics covered at a limited basic level. B2 training focuses on avionics, including the autopilot, onboard instruments, communications, navigation and surveillance systems, as well as electrical systems. The course must address EC135 technical data, the manufacturer's current maintenance instructions and procedures, troubleshooting, reliability data and ways to reduce the risk of maintenance errors. Trainers must have experience delivering EC 135 refresher training and be fluent in the chosen course language, Polish or English. The contractor must provide training materials in Polish or English, in print or electronic form, and issue each participant a named certificate confirming completion within 14 days after the course. Training must be completed by 10 December 2027 or by the end of the 13-month contract period, whichever comes first. The bid must state the total price in euros. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%. No tender guarantee is required, and bids for separate lots are not permitted.
