Preparation of design and cost-estimate documentation for a container facility in Strzalkowo

Summary

The procurement is for multidisciplinary design and cost-estimate documentation for a planned container facility at the Strategic Reserves depot in Strzalkowo. The single-storey facility is to include 23 residential containers providing 92 accommodation places, 15 office containers providing 60 workstations, and social, catering and sanitary facilities. The design must also cover IT cable ducting between the containers and electrical, water and sewerage, heating and air-conditioning connections. Residential and office containers are to have electric heating and air conditioning. The work includes preparing the base map and surveying the site, producing the architectural, structural, sanitary and electrical design, preparing necessary technical assessments and obtaining approvals, and applying on the contracting authority’s behalf for the building permit and other decisions and consents needed to start construction. The contractor must also provide author’s supervision during the construction works. Deliverables include the building design, technical and detailed designs, a bill of quantities, an investor’s cost estimate, construction work specifications and health and safety information. Each document must be delivered in four paper copies and one electronic copy; PDF and editable DWG, DOC and ATH files are required as applicable. The design documentation is due within two months of contract signature; author’s supervision will take place during the later construction works. Bidders must meet the stated design-experience and professional-team requirements. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish and signed with an accepted electronic signature. The submission deadline is 13 October 2026 at 10:00. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%; no bid security is required.
