Investor supervision for Stage I construction of the Drawsko Pomorskie County Fire Service headquarters

Summary

The procurement is for investor’s supervision services for Stage I of the construction of the Drawsko Pomorskie County Fire Service headquarters, including a rescue and firefighting unit and the necessary technical infrastructure. The contractor will represent the purchaser on site, monitor the quality of construction works and materials and their compliance with the design and applicable law, attend inspections and acceptance procedures, maintain construction records and reports, support cost settlement, and supervise the correction of defects during the warranty period. The service must cover structural and building, sanitary, electrical and telecommunications works, with a team leader and inspectors for the relevant disciplines. The bidder must demonstrate at least two properly completed relevant investor-supervision services. Each must have been performed under a separate contract and cover construction, extension or renovation of a building across the specified disciplines, with construction works valued at no less than PLN 10 million gross in each case. The bidder must also provide specialists holding the required construction licences. A site visit is mandatory, and the purchaser-approved confirmation must accompany the bid. Evaluation assigns 80% to price and 20% to the team leader’s response time for attending the site: up to 2 hours earns 20 points, up to 4 hours earns 10 points, and more than 4 hours earns 0 points. The required declarations must be submitted with the bid; the highest-ranked bidder will be asked for evidence of services and personnel. No bid guarantee is required.
