Summary

The contract covers catering for the preschool group and school at Rząska Primary School in 2027. The contractor must prepare the meals, deliver them to the school at Krakowska 122, Rząska, and serve them there. Up to 60 preschool children aged 5–6 are to receive full-day catering: breakfast, fruit before lunch, lunch comprising soup, a main course and a drink, and an afternoon snack. Up to 170 pupils in grades I–VIII are to receive lunch comprising soup, a main course and a drink, and an afternoon snack. During the contract, the quantity of each meal for the preschool group may not exceed 13,800, and the quantity of each meal for school pupils may not exceed 30,600. The service runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, except during school holidays and the summer break on dates agreed by the parties. Meals must be made from high-quality products, with food safety managed in accordance with HACCP standards. Staff preparing, serving and delivering meals must generally be employed under employment contracts; this does not apply to self-employment. The bidder must have a sanitary authority decision covering the kitchen and food-transport vehicle, at least one suitable food-transport vehicle, the required experience, and a qualified head cook and dietitian. The award criteria are price (40%), transport time (30%) and key personnel experience (30%).
