Fertiliser supply in 2026

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of fertilisers in 2026, divided into nine lots. The products and quantities are: 45 tonnes of ammonium nitrate (at least 32% N; 44 tonnes in 500 kg big bags and 1 tonne in 50 kg packs), 32 tonnes of Polifoska fertiliser (at least 6-20-30% (7%) NPK(S)), 9 tonnes of granulated magnesium sulphate (Dalmag S+Zn; at least 17-35-0.1% MgO-SO3 + Zn), 1.5 tonnes of granulated potassium salt (at least 60% K), 1 tonne of enriched superphosphate (at least 40% (10%) P(Ca)), 4 tonnes of coated granulated urea with a urease inhibitor (at least 46% N), 0.5 tonnes of water-soluble granulated urea (at least 46% N), 1 tonne of granulated lime (at least 50% CaO), and 0.7 tonnes of magnesium sulphate heptahydrate. Bidders may submit an offer for any selected lot or lots. Delivery is made following an order and must take place within seven days of receiving it; the full ordered quantity must be delivered by 31 December 2026 at the latest. The supplier must arrange and pay for transport and unloading and collect the empty packaging at an agreed time. The fertilisers must be approved for sale on the Polish market, have the valid documents required by law, have been manufactured in 2025 or later, and have at least 12 months of remaining shelf life from delivery of each batch. An invoice may be issued only after the goods have been accepted, and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. To participate, bidders must submit a priced offer and the required declarations and demonstrate compliance with the selection criteria in the tender documents. The contracting authority plans to allocate a total of PLN 270,702 including VAT.
