Supply of 25% liquid sodium hydroxide for biogas washing

Summary

The contract is for the supply of 25% liquid caustic soda (sodium hydroxide, NaOH) for biogas washing at Tratolixo’s anaerobic digestion plant. The supply includes tanker transport and safe unloading and transfer of the chemical into the storage tank on site. Deliveries are ordered as needed, estimated at about 7 tonnes per month; the estimated total quantity is 157 tonnes, but the buyer is not obliged to order the full amount. The contract ceiling is EUR 74,575 excluding VAT, with a base unit price of EUR 475 per tonne. The initial term is 12 months, with successive 6-month extensions possible up to a maximum of 24 months. Goods must be delivered within 5 working days of each order. Bids are evaluated on the lowest price per tonne; in the event of a tie, a shorter delivery time is preferred, followed by a shorter transport route. The bid deadline is 6 October 2026 at 17:00.
