Supply of heating oil for the 2026/2027 heating season

Summary

The tender is for the supply of heating oil during the 2026/2027 heating season to buildings in the Szadek municipality, including schools, the municipal office, municipal utility facilities, the volunteer fire brigade building in Wilamów and the “Mój Rynek” market. Oil is to be delivered by tanker truck when ordered, in individual deliveries of at least 500 litres. The bid must state a delivery period of 1 to 5 days; the technical specification sets a maximum of five days from the telephone order. The oil must meet these minimum requirements: calorific value of at least 42 MJ/kg, sulphur content no higher than 0.20%, density at 15°C no higher than 0.865 g/ml, water content no higher than 201 mg/kg and total contamination no higher than 25 mg/kg. The delivery period runs from contract signature until the end of June 2027. A copy of a quality certificate must accompany each delivery, and invoices are payable within 30 days. The price may change in line with changes to the producer’s published price, while the bidder’s stated markup or discount remains fixed throughout the contract. Price is weighted at 60 points and delivery time at 40 points. The documents conflict on quantity: the schedule and offer form indicate 33,500 litres, the draft contract sets a maximum of 35,500 litres, while one part of the technical specification states 333,500 litres. This quantity should be verified with the contracting authority. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish by 13 October 2026 at 15:00.
