Part 2 is cybersecurity training with practical exercises for approximately 150 employees, delivered to two online groups; each group must receive at least 270 minutes of substantive instruction. Topics include phishing, malware, passwords and multifactor authentication, device and data protection, secure remote work, AI and cloud-service risks, and incident response. The trainer must provide learning materials and practical exercises and issue the required certificates. Bids may cover either or both parts, and price is the only award criterion. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026 at 10:00. Part 2 bidders must meet the stated past-performance and trainer-experience requirements.
