Training in effective communication and teamwork using the DISC model

Summary

The procurement is for a complete DISC-based training process to improve effective communication and teamwork. The contractor will hold an online introductory meeting, provide participants with an electronic DISC questionnaire, prepare an individual analysis and report for each participant, and conduct a 60-minute online consultation with each participant. The contractor will then deliver a one-day, in-person team workshop in Warsaw lasting at least 8 academic hours (45 minutes each), prepare an aggregated report that does not disclose individual results, and hold a 60–90-minute closing meeting with the contracting authority. The workshop must include training materials, refreshments with snacks and lunch with a vegetarian option. The service is planned for up to 15 employees, with at least 10 participants guaranteed. The full service must be completed within 35 calendar days of contract signing. The bidder must have the rights to use the DISC tool and provide a trainer meeting the specified experience and training requirements. The offer must include the required declarations and pricing calculated for 15 participants.
