Purchase of teaching aids, computer equipment and software for the Koszalin vocational education project
Summary
The procurement covers the supply of teaching aids, computer equipment and software to two vocational schools in Koszalin under the European Social Fund Plus co-funded project “Koszalin Vocational Schools – Stage I”. Bidders may submit an offer for one or both lots. - Lot 1: supplies for the Copernicus-named school include 21 interactive displays, 26 visualisers, 69 desktop computer-and-monitor sets, a laptop, tablets, a television, a router, SSD drives, a charging cabinet, office software licences and toner cartridges. - Lot 2: supplies for the Traugutt-named school include 9 student and 4 teacher desktop computer-and-monitor sets, 9 sets of rack accessories, 4 teacher multimedia sets (projector, multifunction device and speakers), and 7 office software licences. Equipment must be delivered to the relevant school in Koszalin, carried into the designated rooms and supplied new, with unused software. Delivery is due within 35 days of contract signature for either lot. Offers are evaluated on price (60%), extended warranty and liability-for-defects period (35%), and a social criterion (5%). The minimum period is 12 months; bidders may offer 18 or 24 months. Social-criterion points are available for involving at least one person from a specified disadvantaged labour-market group in contract delivery.
