Delivery and unloading of oak posts and unplaned spruce battens

Summary

The tender covers the purchase, transport and unloading of timber for Karkonosze National Park in two lots. Lot I comprises 1,450 planed oak posts measuring 8.5–9 × 8.5–9 cm and 240–250 cm long; one wane on a side is permitted. Posts must be packed in bundles of 100 with spacers. Lot II comprises 1,210 unplaned spruce battens measuring 3 × 6 cm and 350 cm long; they must be packed with spacers in bundles of 100 or multiples thereof. Bids may cover either or both lots, but must cover the full scope of each selected lot. The timber must come from legal sources and sustainably managed forests; valid FSC and/or PEFC certification, or equivalent origin and compliance documentation, must be provided no later than delivery. Delivery, including unloading, is to Myśliwska 9a, Jelenia Góra, on weekdays between 8:00 and 14:00. Delivery is due within 40 days of signing the contract and no later than 20 December 2026. Price is the sole award criterion, weighted at 100%.
