The procurement is for SAINSEL SISTEMAS NAVALES’ supply of electrical connectors, contacts, seals, backshells, straight protective boots and connector pins, together with applicable accessories. The products must have a Black Zinc Nickel finish and certification for 500 hours of salt-spray testing to demonstrate corrosion resistance. Compliant equivalent alternatives are permitted. Delivery is in four batches, due no later than 4, 15, 18 and 26 weeks after contract signature. The minimum warranty is 24 months. The estimated contract value is EUR 46,377.69 excluding VAT, with a maximum budget of EUR 56,117 including VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically and include a signed price proposal in the required format and a document describing the technical characteristics of the connectors offered, as well as REACH and RoHS evidence. Price is worth up to 80 points; shortening the third and fourth delivery periods is worth up to 10 points each. Bidders must meet the financial and technical capacity requirements and submit the relevant declaration; the successful bidder must provide supporting evidence before contract signature. Bids must remain valid for at least six months.
