Supply, installation, commissioning and dismantling of a complete artificial ice rink in Michałowice

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, installation, commissioning and subsequent seasonal dismantling of a complete artificial ice rink at the school at 15 Szkolna Street in Michałowice. The work includes supplying, installing and dismantling a compact refrigeration unit, the cooling pipework and rink boards 1.1–1.2 m high, as well as clearing the site. For the contract period, the contractor must also provide an ice-resurfacing machine for the contracting authority’s use and train its staff to operate it. Installation must be completed by 29 November 2026, the rink commissioned by 1 December 2026, and dismantling completed by 14 March 2027. The contract is to be completed within four months of signature and no later than 14 March 2027. The bidder must have completed at least two contracts during the previous three years for the supply, installation and dismantling of a complete ice rink of at least 500 m²; each contract must have had a gross value of at least PLN 130,000. Attendance at a mandatory site visit and signing its record are required. Visits are scheduled for 8 or 14 October 2026 at 10:00 at the school’s main entrance. Bids must be submitted in Polish electronically by 16 October 2026 at 12:00. Price accounts for 60% of the evaluation and response time to breakdowns or defects for 40%: a response within 6 hours earns 40 points, within 12 hours 20 points, and within 24 hours 0 points.
