Supply and installation of furniture for hotel rooms and shared areas at Compact Lab Pleszew

Summary

The procurement covers furniture and other furnishings for the hotel rooms and shared areas of the Compact Lab Pleszew building, including guest rooms and apartments, the lobby, restaurant, and utility and ancillary rooms. The work includes delivery, carrying items into the building, measuring the rooms before work begins, installing and adjusting the furniture and equipment, disposing of waste, and providing operating instructions, warranty cards and other required documentation. Materials must be approved by the contracting authority, and the furnishings must be suitable for public-use facilities, including hotels, and meet fire-safety requirements. Delivery and installation are at the Compact Lab Pleszew building at Kolejowa 10 and must be completed within 12 weeks of contract signature. The bid submission deadline is 19 October 2026 at 10:00. To qualify, the bidder must have properly completed at least two furniture deliveries to public-use facilities during the preceding three years, each with a gross value of at least PLN 300,000. A PLN 10,000 bid guarantee is required; the successful bidder must provide performance security equal to 5% of the gross bid price. The furniture must have a warranty of at least 36 months. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and furniture warranty period (40%); a warranty of 60 months or more receives the maximum score for the warranty criterion.
