Exhibition design and installation at the Abrigo Grande de Minateda Visitor Reception Centre

Summary

The contract covers the design and delivery of the permanent exhibition at the Abrigo Grande Visitor Reception Centre in Minateda, within the municipality of Hellín. The work includes the necessary preparation of exhibition spaces and support structures; graphic and interpretive panels, furniture, signs and exterior graphics; and audiovisual and interactive features, including the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of the required equipment. The exhibition will present the Abrigo Grande, Mediterranean rock art, and the research and conservation of rock art. Planned resources include an introductory 4K video, a 65-inch monitor, an 86-inch touchscreen and video mapping. All equipment and exhibition elements must be tested and handed over fully operational, together with technical manuals and the digital materials needed to manage them. The estimated contract value is €82,600 excluding VAT, and the maximum budget is €99,946 including VAT. The contract is not divided into lots. The completion period is eight months from contract signature. Bids must be submitted electronically within 15 calendar days, starting on the day after publication of the contract notice. Bids are scored out of 100 points: price up to 65 points, an extension to the minimum warranty period up to 10 points, and technical quality up to 25 points. A specific technical proposal in PDF format, limited to 50 pages, is required for the qualitative criteria. Bidders must score at least 12.5 out of the 25 qualitative points to proceed to the next evaluation stage. The successful bidder must provide a final guarantee equal to 5% of its final offered price.
