Renewal of the subscription for 650 Microsoft Exchange Online Plan 2 licences for 12 months

The procurement is for a 12-month renewal of 650 Microsoft Exchange Online Plan 2 licences for use in the buyer’s existing Microsoft 365 environment. The contractor must obtain the licences through a lawful distribution channel, assign them to the existing environment, maintain uninterrupted access to Exchange Online and provide the full functionality of Plan 2. The renewed subscription must be activated within three days of signing the contract. Throughout the 12-month period, the contractor must provide technical support in Polish, including help with Exchange Online faults, email configuration and security settings. Support requests may be submitted on working days from 7:00 to 17:00; receipt must be acknowledged and work on a request must begin within two working hours. The contract provides for faults to be resolved within 48 hours and other defects within 30 working days. The offer must include the required declaration confirming that no exclusion grounds apply and that participation conditions are met. No specific turnover, experience or staffing thresholds are set. Price is the sole award criterion. The licence and support period starts on 20 November 2026.
