Purchase and delivery of meal vouchers for employees of the municipal utility company in Tarnów

Summary

The tender is for the purchase and delivery of paper meal vouchers for employees of the municipal utility company in Tarnów, with redemption guaranteed at catering establishments and shops in the Małopolskie region. The guaranteed minimum is 17,450 vouchers: 17,000 with a face value of PLN 16 and 450 with a face value of PLN 1, for a total face value of PLN 272,450. The buyer may order up to 5,100 additional PLN 16 vouchers, making a maximum total of 22,550 vouchers with a face value of PLN 354,050. The vouchers are for use from 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027 and must remain valid for 12 to 24 months from delivery. They must be redeemable at catering establishments or food shops for meals or food products used to prepare meals. They must not permit purchases of alcohol, tobacco, industrial, chemical or clothing products, fuel, or other products unrelated to preventive meals. Deliveries are to be made in at least five monthly batches, with each ordered batch delivered within three working days. The bid submission deadline is 12 October 2026 at 09:00. Price is the sole award criterion. To qualify, a tenderer must demonstrate at least one completed or ongoing meal-voucher delivery worth at least PLN 80,000 net during the preceding three years and submit the required declaration on exclusion grounds and participation conditions.
