Property protection services at the Social Welfare Centre in Chorzów in 2027

Summary

The procurement covers guarding and protecting the building of the Social Welfare Centre in Chorzów, its surrounding grounds, car park, structures on the site and official vehicles for 12 months. The service is to start two weeks after the contract is signed, but not before 1 January 2027. Guarding is required from 22:00 to 06:00 on weekdays and around the clock on weekends and public holidays. Guards must patrol at least every four hours, monitor the CCTV footage and check the security of the building and property. If a suspected break-in or another incident requiring intervention occurs, a motorised team of at least two security officers must respond within the travel time stated in the bid and no later than 12 minutes after receiving the call. The contracting authority may exercise an option to extend the contract by up to two months and to order up to 80 hours of porter services on working days between 06:00 and 22:00. Bids are evaluated on price (60%) and the intervention team’s travel time (40%). Bidders must hold a valid property-protection concession, civil liability insurance with a minimum cover of PLN 10,000,000, and access to a motorised intervention team. The bid must include the required forms, declarations and personal-data-processing compliance table; it must be submitted electronically and signed using an accepted electronic signature. The deadline for bids is 22 October 2026 at 09:00.
