The procurement covers garden furnishings for the Day Care Centre at 3 Kopernika Street in Tarnobrzeg: one double-sided bicycle rack, one aluminium bicycle shelter, one steel pergola frame measuring approximately 5 × 5 m, eight 10 mm polycarbonate roof panels with installation accessories, five wooden garden tables and two ergonomic wooden loungers with cushions. A tolerance of ±15% applies to dimensions and technical parameters; colours are to be agreed with the facility user. The supplier must deliver new, unused equipment to the centre within 30 days of contract signing, assemble and install it free of charge, and provide the required conformity and other documentation. The offer must include the price schedule and the manufacturer, model and catalogue number of the proposed products.
