The procurement is for catering services for children at Nielepice Primary School in 2027. The contractor must prepare and deliver full-day meals to 39 children aged 3–6 in the preschool group: breakfast, fruit before lunch, a lunch consisting of soup, a main course and a drink, and an afternoon snack. The contractor must also prepare and deliver lunches consisting of soup, a main course and a drink for 80 pupils in grades I–VIII. The maximum quantity of each listed preschool meal is 8,970 during the contract, and the maximum number of school lunches is 14,400. The service runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, excluding school holidays and the summer break on dates agreed with the school. Offers will be evaluated on price (40%), meal transport time (30%) and key personnel experience (30%). The bidder must use a compliant kitchen and at least one vehicle suitable for food transport, and provide a chef and dietitian with the required experience and qualifications. Staff preparing, serving and delivering meals must generally be employed under employment contracts. The offer must include the required declarations, and the successful bidder must provide documents proving its qualifications.
