Comprehensive cleaning services for the buildings and grounds of Wroclaw Śródmieście District Court 2026/2027

Summary

The tender covers daily comprehensive cleaning of the Wroclaw Śródmieście District Court buildings for 12 months, from 1 November 2026 to 31 October 2027. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. Lot 1 covers cleaning 4,342.93 m² at Podwale 30, including 887.08 m² of window area and a 1.5-hour daily service. Lot 2 covers 1,840.28 m² of internal space, 450.50 m² of external grounds and 104 m² of landscaped area at Powstańców Śl. 14. The services include cleaning buildings and offices, window cleaning and, for Lot 2, external-ground cleaning, snow and ice removal and grounds maintenance. The bidder must submit an electronic bid in Polish by 18 September 2026 at 09:00. Price accounts for 60% of the score and window-cleaning frequency for 40%; windows must be cleaned at least once during the contract, while bidders may offer one, two or three cleanings.
