Supply of servers, computers, printers, computer equipment and software for the Wroclaw Health Centre

Summary

The procurement is divided into four lots and covers the supply of computers, servers, NAS devices, printers and multifunction devices, network equipment and cabling, UPS units, office software, scanners, a tablet, and backup and recovery software. Tenderers may submit bids for one or more lots. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 25 September 2026 at 10:00; the bid must include the price table, the exclusion declaration, technical evidence and any required powers of attorney. The delivery deadline for Lots 1 and 4 is up to 30 days from contract signing, except that the second stage of Lot 1 must be delivered by 30 November 2026 at the latest. For Lots 2 and 3, a delivery period of up to 14 days receives 40 points, 15–30 days receives 20 points, and more than 30 up to 120 days receives 0 points.
