Purchase of IT equipment and software – Part 3: Server delivery

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of one server, including transport, unloading and carrying the equipment to the delivery premises. The server must meet detailed performance, memory, storage, networking, security, management and environmental requirements and must be new and sourced through the manufacturer’s official European Union distribution channel. Delivery may take up to 150 days, while gross price carries 60 points and delivery period 40 points. The bidder must prove the proper completion of at least two server supply assignments worth at least PLN 100,000 each during the last three years and submit the required environmental, quality, compliance and warranty documents.
