Summary

The procurement is divided into seven lots and covers the supply of IT and digitisation equipment, authentication keys, computer accessories, a cybersecurity subscription and an expansion of the radio communication system. Lots 1–5 cover scanners, workstations, authentication keys, computer equipment and monitors; lot 6 requires expansion of the cybersecurity solution from 35 to 60 workstations and protection through at least 19 December 2027; lot 7 covers the supply, installation, configuration and commissioning of an IP-based radio communication system expansion. Tenders may be submitted for all lots. For lots 1–5 and 7, price carries a 60% weight and the extended warranty period carries 40%; for lot 6, price is the only award criterion.
