Colocation services for the Book Institute's server infrastructure in a data center

Summary

The tender covers data center colocation services in two lots. Lot 1 concerns hosting the contracting authority's existing 42U server cabinet, with an optional relocation of the equipment from the current data center in Skawina; lot 2 concerns hosting new IT infrastructure consisting of 7 servers, one storage array and 6 network switches, without the authority's cabinet. For lot 2, the data center must be located within 20 km in a straight line of the authority's office at Foksal 17 in Warsaw. The contract period is 30 December 2026 to 31 December 2028 for lot 1 and 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2028 for lot 2. Bidders must demonstrate information security and business continuity management systems certified to ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 22301 or equivalent standards, pass a successful technical site inspection, and submit the offer electronically in Polish. The submission deadline is 16 September 2026 at 10:00. Price is the only award criterion, weighted at 100%. The bid guarantee is PLN 5,000 for lot 1 and PLN 4,500 for lot 2; performance security is also required.
