Provision of physiotherapy services for residents of Paradyz Municipality

Summary

The tender concerns individual physiotherapy services for residents of Paradyz Municipality who have a referral from a doctor. Two qualified physiotherapists must provide treatment from Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day, during the period 16 October 2026 to 15 October 2027. The required services include electrotherapy, phototherapy, magnetotherapy, ultrasound, laser biostimulation, kinesitherapy, UGUL equipment and massage. The provider must keep patient records, document treatments in paper and electronic form, maintain cleanliness and respect professional and patient-care standards. The contracting authority will provide the premises, medical equipment, pharmaceuticals and disposable supplies free of charge, but they may be used only for this contract and paid services are not permitted. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 14 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% and the experience of the physiotherapists performing the treatments for 40%. A PLN 2,000 bid guarantee is required.
