“Together Is Easier” – Support for Seniors in Mniszków Municipality – Home Caregivers

Summary

The tender concerns home care services for five people who need support because of age, health condition or disability. One caregiver will provide the services in the participants’ homes within Mniszków Municipality, normally for 90 clock hours per month, over 23 months from September 2026 to July 2028, with possible extension for the duration of the project. Services must be available seven days a week and include help with everyday needs, hygiene, non-medical care recommended by a doctor and, where possible, maintaining contact with the surrounding community. The caregiver must respect each participant’s dignity, privacy, safety and individual support plan, document the services and work only for the project participant. Travel time is not counted as service time and the caregiver’s incidental expenses are not reimbursed. Price carries 60% of the evaluation, caregiver experience 35% and the social aspect 5%.
