IT service for developing, implementing and launching a digital research instrument in the cloud for the IMAGEUP project

Summary

The tender concerns the design, development, cloud deployment and handover of a digital research instrument for the IMAGEUP project. The demonstrator must integrate the project’s Sentinel-2 super-resolution service and four domain algorithms, support satellite-data processing and map-based analysis, serve at least 50 external users, and include documentation, source code, reproducible deployment materials, warranty and support. The main delivery is due by 30 September 2027, with the agreement and support continuing until 30 April 2028. The estimated value is PLN 508,851 gross, or PLN 413,700 net, and no bid guarantee or performance security is required. Offers must be submitted electronically by 16 September 2026 at 12:00 and will be scored on price (50 points), declared extended-scope requirements (15 points), additional support hours (5 points) and the delivery concept (30 points). Negotiations may be conducted. The minimum support package includes 104 hours; packages of 154 or 204 hours receive additional points.
