Implementation of e-services: Electronic patient assessment card – re-tender

Summary

The tender covers the delivery of software and licences, configuration and implementation of an electronic patient assessment card, delivery of equipment for measuring patients’ vital parameters, and post-implementation support. The contract period is four months and no variants, options, lots or framework agreement are indicated. Bids must be submitted electronically in Polish by 11 September 2026 at 10:00. Price accounts for 60% and technical and functional parameters for 40% of the evaluation. A bid guarantee of PLN 9,000 is required. The bidder must also demonstrate at least one relevant healthcare-sector implementation worth at least PLN 150,000 gross.
