Infomedica software service and Oracle database software update

Summary

The tender concerns a 12-month service and maintenance contract for the Infomedica ERP system used by a healthcare organisation. The contractor must maintain system operation, resolve errors and failures, support users and administrators, install updates, and adapt the system to changes in applicable law.
