Delivery of activities supporting social services – integration and education activities 3, 4 and 5

Summary

The procurement covers the comprehensive organisation and delivery of three separate open, accessible and inclusive integration and education activities for the local community under the Local Community Organisation Plan, corresponding to activities 3, 4 and 5. Each part covers one activity and may be bid for separately or together. The contractor must prepare the concept, programme and detailed scenario, arrange the venue, staff, equipment and materials, recruit participants, deliver the activity, provide refreshments and integration elements, and complete evaluation, photographic documentation and reporting. The services must be delivered in the Strzyzewice municipality from contract signature until 30 April 2027. Offers are scored 60% on price and 40% on the social clause. The deadline for submission is 7 September 2026 at 10:00.
