Risk Management System Support and Development Services

Summary

The contract covers support and development services for the Risk Management System used by Centrum e-Zdrowia. Support is required for 12 months and includes diagnostics, error correction, upgrades, security patches, configuration, technical advice, documentation and user guidance. Development services may be ordered according to the contracting authority’s needs, up to a maximum of 200 working hours, with payment only for completed and accepted work. The system must support, among other things, risk registers, configurable methodologies, ISO 31000, 27005, 27001, 22301, 27002 and 27799 compliance, at least 1,000 risks, up to 200 configurable areas, at least 80 simultaneous users, Windows Server, MS SQL, TLS 1.2, audit logging, reporting, APIs and integration capabilities. Offers must be submitted electronically in Polish by 4 September 2026 at 12:00 and remain valid until 3 October 2026. Evaluation is based on gross price (85%), shortening the critical-error resolution time (5%) and shortening the ordinary-error resolution time (10%).
